Supported Living Systes, Inc. was established in 1994, serving children and adults with behavioral and mental health needs in the community.

Supported Living Systems, Inc. was established in 1994 to help fulfill a need in the community for therapeutic level II group homes for children. at that time one group home was opened. Since then SLS has expanded its services to include:
5 Level II children's therapeutic group homes.
A young adult semi-independent living program.
2 Level II adult therapeutic facilities.
2 outpatient facilities for adults who need some assistance living on their own in the community.
